Our dealership has been built on the philosophy that without an exceptional Service Department there can be no Sales Department.
As founder, Pasquale Perrina’s beliefs have been cultivated from his many years as a Master Technician for Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, and with other Italian and European makes. In fact, Pasquale was twice named to the Top 10 list of Alfa Romeo technicians in North America, a substantial achievement but one that came with a dedication to craftsmanship, pride, skill, and a commitment to continuing his factory training with every given opportunity.
With these ideas in mind, our technical staff is devoted to being the best in the industry. Our technicians are constantly receiving training from the factories we represent and they are dedicated to being the best in their field but also the best within the Ferrari and Maserati dealerships in North America. Our staff is often called upon by both factories to consult on specific issues and to work with the engineers in Italy to create fixes for newly discovered technical issues. We of course benefit from this close link to the factory by having access to factory technical bulletins, updates, special tools and campaigns which independent service points do not have access to.
We also have a comprehensive library of technical documentation only available through official factory channels that stretches back to the 1950s and which allows us to be fluent in modern and vintage automobiles. |
